2. What Tradynx is NOT
Tradynx is not:
A licensed financial advisor or RIA (Registered Investment Advisor)
A broker or executing party — you place trades via your own Tradovate/TradersPost account
A guarantee of profits or specific returns
A substitute for your own risk management and judgment
3. Subscription Terms
Billing: Monthly subscription, charged automatically via Lemonsqueezy
Cancel-Anytime: Cancel via Customer-Area or email. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period — no pro-rata refunds
Strategy delivery: Sunday by 18:00 UTC, weekly. Occasional delays possible if optimizer fails — Customer will be notified
Pricing changes: 30-day notice before pricing changes for existing subscribers
4. Founder Lifetime License
Founders who purchased the original $297 one-time license receive:
Lifetime access to Tier 2 (Automated) — equivalent value $99/month
No recurring billing
Lifetime updates to strategies and webhook-plugin
Direct email access to Arvid (founder priority)
Lifetime license is non-transferable and tied to original email address.
5. Performance Disclaimer
All performance figures shown on tradynx.com/track are hypothetical
results based on the strategy as published. Actual customer results will vary due to:
Slippage and broker execution differences
Different position sizing (we assume 1 NQ contract = $20/point)
Customer-side delays in following strategy updates
Account-specific MFFU/prop-firm restrictions
6. Data Privacy
We collect: email address, payment information (via Lemonsqueezy — we don't store card data),
and subscription status. We do NOT collect: your trading account, your actual P&L, your
account balances, or any personal data beyond what's needed for service delivery.
Subscription data may be processed in the EU/Germany under GDPR. Contact
support@tradynx.com for data export or deletion requests.
7. Anti-Crowding
To prevent multiple customers executing the exact same trade at the exact same time
(which would create artificial market impact and slippage), Tier 2 Webhook-Plugin includes
randomized entry-delay (±30 seconds) and slight position-sizing variation. This protects
all customers from each other.
8. Termination
We may terminate your subscription if:
You attempt to redistribute or resell our strategies
You reverse-engineer the webhook-plugin or scrape the customer-area
Your payment fails repeatedly after grace-period
You may terminate anytime via Customer-Area or by emailing support@tradynx.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tradynx, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses,
missed opportunities, technical failures, or consequential damages arising from use of this
service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the last
30 days.
